Can I assign the contract after I put my first 10% down?
Absolutely! Once condo docs have been received, buyers will then have 48 hours upon to return a fully executed contract to the seller. This is expected to occur in the early part of spring 2006. Along with the fully executed contract, a 10% deposit made payable to Florida Title, LLC will be required. After fully executing a contract, a 15 day rescission period goes into effect. At any point during the rescission period, all buyers retain the right to cancel their respective contract and receive reimbursement of all deposited monies. After the rescission period, buyers will have the seller’s permission to re-list their respective unit.

When is the second and last 10% due?
The last deposit of 10% will be due when the pilings for the development are commenced.

Is there private parking?
A 24 hour valet will be at your service at all times. There will be 25 parking spaces located below the condominium.

What about pets?
The condo docs will state that 2 pets of any size are allowed. Developer retains rights to approve types of pets.
